Role Nixed For Santino Marella, WWE Business Numbers, Cruiserweights Update

- WWE shipped out 246,000 DVD units for the month of March. They had 12.3 million unique visitors to WWE.com in March, which is down 13% fro the 14.2 million in March of 2011. WWE's shop website averaged 548 merchandise orders per day in March, down a big 58% from March 2011's 1,300 orders per day.

- WWE continues to reach out to Hispanic and American independent wrestlers for the cruiserweights show on the WWE Network that is scheduled to launch in November. WWE reportedly has a lengthy list of wrestlers that are 200 lbs. or less to be featured on the show.

- As seen on WWE TV this past week, Hornswoggle is the new comedy sidekick for Brodus Clay. This is the role that was originally planned for United States Champion Santino Marella but plans were changed in the past couple of weeks.
