Scott Hall Denies Choking Girlfriend

As noted earlier, Scott Hall was arrested last Friday in Florida after allegedly choking out his girlfriend, Lisa Howell, in a drunk rage.

According to the arrest report, Howell claimed that Hall had been drinking "for days" when they began arguing last Friday evening. Howell said that she tried to get in her car to drive away when Hall grabbed her by the throat and attempted to pull her out of the driver's seat. When police arrived at the scene, Hall appeared heavily intoxicated with an "unknown white secretion flowing from both sides of his mouth."

Hall's lawyer, Loredana Nesci, denied Hall getting violent to TMZ.com, despite the police report stating that red marks were found around Howell's neck.

"The police arrested Mr. Hall against the wishes of Ms. Howell, who insisted that the argument did not result in violence," said Nesci. "Ms. Howell claims that there was no physical abuse."

Howell has refused to press charges, and Nesci maintains that the couple "have a peaceful and amicable relationship."
