Jim Neidhart Legal Update, Backstage News On Rey Mysterio, Ref Botch At RAW

- We noted several months back that Jim Neidhart was arrested. Neidhart had a hearing on April 12th and will be released to the Salvation Army in the Tampa area for a substance abuse in-house rehab program. As soon as a bed is available, Neidhart will be released from jail and into the program.

- Chris Jericho was supposed to defeat Big Show by count out in the "Beat the Clock Challenge" match on RAW last night, but the referee messed his count up. While Jericho was going to win by 1 second, the plan all along was for Daniel Bryan to win the series and challenge CM Punk for the WWE Title.

- There is a ton of heat on Rey Mysterio right now with the feeling that he was getting paid well to sit home and heal but he couldn't stay clean. The feeling was that some in the company believe that Kevin Nash was talking about Rey Mysterio when commenting about a friend being released by WWE last week, but we haven't heard anything about Rey being released. He is currently serving a 60-day suspension.
