WWE Returns To Lubbock, Travis Hafner Using WWE Music, Mae Young Wants Match With McMahons'
- WWE returns to the United Spirit Arena at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas on Saturday, July 7th, 2012. Bell time is 7:30 PM.
- Cleveland Indians designated hitter Travis Hafner used Triple H's theme song for his walkup music in the first inning of a recent game, and then came out to Brock Lesnar's theme in the third inning.
- Arda Ocal of The Score Television Network recently spoke with WWE Hall Of Famer Mae Young. During the interview, she spoke about appearing on WWE television, despite her age.
"I'm 89 years old, and I've been wrestling since I was 16 years old," said Young. "I've been wrestling for a long time for Vince McMahon and his daddy. I love the wrestling business. I was born to be a wrestler. When I'm 100 years old, I'm gonna wrestle his daughter Stephanie McMahon, and her daughter Aurora."
Young also spoke about being put through a table by the Dudley Boys years ago.
"The Dudley Boys was great with me," she said. "I wrestled around, and they slammed me through the tables and all that stuff."
