John Laurinaitis Continues To Headline, WWE Deletes Article, Most Absurd Champions

- As noted yesterday, WWE.com published a list of the "Craziest Chicks" in WWE history which included The Gobbledy Gooker, AJ, Luna Vachon, Maxine and Mickie James. The website has since deleted the article.

- WWE.com has another list up looking at the most absurd champions ever. Some of the names include David Arquette, Vince Russo, Mr. McMahon and Harvey Wippleman, amongst others. You can check out the full list by clicking here.

- WWE continues to advertise John Laurinaitis for upcoming live events. Current ads in San Antonio, TX for the upcoming live event on August 6th are advertising John Cena vs. Laurinaitis and the Big Show in a handicap match. That same match is advertised for other RAW live events through the end of August. He's even advertised for the upcoming SmackDown tour of Japan, you can check out the promo for that below.

On a personal note, unless Laurinaitis is returning as a television character, I don't see why they don't simply replace him with David Otunga, or just have Cena face the Big Show one-on-one. It seems strange to continue advertising someone who is supposedly fired for events that are well over a month away.
