More On Tessmacher's Name Change, Identity Of Abyss At Slammiversary, TNA HOF News, Dixie

- The man who played Abyss at last night's TNA Slammiversary pay-per-view was a student named Lance from Team 3D's wrestling school in Florida.

- As we reported earlier, TNA has dropped the Brooke from Miss Tessmacher's name because of the arrival of Brooke Hogan. Word is that Hulk Hogan didn't want two Brookes in the company. Tessmacher won the Knockouts Title at Slammiversary and her new nickname from here on out will be "Tess."

- Dixie Carter announcing Sting as the first inductee into TNA's Hall of Fame was a surprise to everyone in the company with the exception of a very small number of people. Both Sting and Hulk Hogan did not know before Sunday.

- Dixie wrote the following on Twitter after Slammiversary: "What a beautiful, proud night. Thank you D/FW. Thank you wonderful fans for 10 amazing years!!! Great, great PPV."
