Update On A Possible WWE Return For JBL, Helms Talks About Politics In Wrestling

- Former WWE star Shane Helms wrote the following on Twitter this weekend after previewing his upcoming RF Video shoot interview:

"Just watched a preview of my shoot with RF Video. It's gonna get some people heated but I'm known for my honesty in a dishonest business. I sincerely hope that one day the 'top guys' in this biz will stop hiding behind the lies and dishonesty that they call 'playing the game.' Politics are abound in just about any profession though. But at the end of the day, that's just a polite way of being a liar and a coward. I've gotten more heat for just being honest than most get for telling lies. Seems like it'd be the other way around. :-) But I'm an emotional guy at times. And I don't just wear my heart on my sleeve, my heart wears me! I'm proud that I never changed. I love wrestling, always have and always will. Never f'd anyone over cuz I never felt I had to. I got by on my own merit and talent. It'd be nice if talent was the top priority in this biz. So many talented guys out there that just need one chance to blow up. So many. I never lost my smile and never will. I bet on my death bed, I'll try to tell a joke somehow. That's always been a gift of mine. I'm just afraid that if I do die, it'll be becuz I didn't forward some stupid ass text message to at least 10 friends. Lol"

- WWE sponsoring JBL's climbs for charity has been picked up by national media, including The New York Post. JBL noted on Twitter that he's headed to WWE headquarters today and wrote the following about a return to WWE TV: "For those asking, thanks–but NO return planned, got a mountain to climb and if I don't die I could be back on @wwe tv for a shot r two."
