WWE - TNA Lawsuit Update: WWE Says They Will Not Use Confidential TNA Information

The Associate Press has published an update on the TNA – WWE lawsuit today.

According to their report, WWE attorneys told Nashville Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle that the company will not use confidential information from TNA, and that they have not contacted any of TNA's contracted employees. WWE also claims to have returned all confidential information to TNA.

The AP also reports that Lyle dissolved the temporary restraining order that TNA had obtained against WWE, but has "made no ruling on the merits of the case."

Another hearing is set for July 12th.
