New Champion Crowned At SummerSlam

Antonio Cesaro defeated Santino Marella on the SummerSlam pre-show to win the United States Championship.

Marella was distracted by Aksana on the ring apron, and Cesaro capitalized and hit his finisher to pick up the victory.
