- As noted earlier, NWA Wisconsin and California based Mach-One Pro Wrestling have left the NWA. UCW-Zero in Salt Lake City, Utah — the home promotion of Martin Casaus — has also dropped the NWA name.

- Speaking of the NWA, Phillip Barnard of the Houston Pro Wrestling Examiner recently conducted an interview with Chris Ronquillo and R. Bruce Tharpe about the new management of the National Wrestling Alliance. Tharpe is the new president and Ronquillo is the new vice president of the NWA.
