David Otunga posted a Tout stating that he and his client, Alberto Del Rio, will pursue legal action against World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus. He went on to note that he will address the matter further on this week's episode of SmackDown, which will be taped Tuesday night from the i Wireless Center in Moline, IL.
