We get an Aces & 8's video recap from last week.
Hogan and Aries talk backstage. Aries is upset about Aces & 8's. He wants to know how they are getting in. Hogan tells him that the guy that attacked him with the flapjack was planted by Aces & 8's as a camera crew member and that he would be here tonight. Aries wonders if being diplomatic will solve anything. Hogan tells Aries to break his leg old-school style (Hogan knows about that all too well) and send a huge message. Aries likes the idea; Hogan says to break both of them. We go to commercial.
Christy Hemme interviews Joe at the entranceway about his loss but they are interrupted by Magnus before he can say anything. Magnus talks about their team and how they were good before Joe threw it away. He says he'll be the bigger man and wishes him the best. Snow is in the ring and says Joey Ryan is a jackass and that he got Snow's attention. He's going to give him another chance. He calls for Ryan to get in the ring. Ryan appears through the crowd with a bull-horn. He gets in the ring and they hand him a mic; he is wearing a "We are 87 percent" shirt. Ryan starts to cut a promo and Snow cuts him off. Snow says he must go through Gut Check one more time, with no judges; if he wins, he's got a contract.
Snow takes off his jacket. Ryan says that he already did and 87 percent agreed with him and deserves a contract right now. Ryan finally accepts and Snow says he must fight him to get it. Ryan says nobody wants to see Snow in spandex. Snow tells him he'll beat his a** in jeans and slaps him in the face, hard. Ryan rolls out of the ring and says he is going to sue as he holds his face. Ryan retreats through the crowd.
Joseph Park is approached by Bully Ray backstage. He tells Park to relax. He just wants to ask him a question. He wants to know what he has learned about Aces & 8's. Park says that is attorney-client privilege between him, Hogan and Sting. Bully tells him to be careful where he sticks his nose. (Foreshadowing?)

The loser of this match is out of the tournament. They do some trash-talking; RVD points to himself and Bully shows RVD his calves. Bully gets the early offense. Tenay and Taz ponder who's behind Aces & 8's. RVD gains momentum with quick offense and Bully goes out to regroup. He threatens him with pliers. He sticks them in his mouth and Hogan stops him and tells him he wants a piece. Hogan slaps him too. Hogan goes to thumb him in the eye for Brooke's honor when his cell rings. It's Aces & 8's. Hogan negotiates; he wants the "arm-breaker" who attacked Aries and they will trade hostages. Hogan says he will have to face Aries this Sunday. He tells Aries to let him (MIke) live until the end of the show. (Really? Murder?) We go to commercial.
James Storm comes to the ring. He talks about his time away from the ring. He says he realized he missed the roar of the crowd. He says he's better than ever. He calls out the remaining 3 in the BFG Series so he can choose his opponent for No Surrender. Storm chooses Bully and invites him in the ring to say something to him face-to-face. He says Bully accused him of being behind Aces & 8"s and ended his BFG shot last year and Storm is going to return the favor this year. (Bully is just fantastic in his roll as a top heel). We go to commercial.
Christy Hemme attempts to interview RVD but they are interrupted by Magnus. Magnus starts to speak for RVD and says the old RVD wouldn't have failed. He says maybe RVD isn't the man he used to be. RVD clocks him and Al Snow & company have to pull him off.

Hernandez takes it to Daniels in the corner as Chavo takes out Kaz on the outside. Daniels accidentally hits a moonsault on Kaz on the outside and Hernandez takes them both out with a plancha to the outside. Hogan's music hits and he congratulates Daniels & Kazarian. He says AJ thinks he can beat them both at the same time. Hogan says he doesn't believe AJ so he makes a match for No Surrender: Daniels & Kazarian vs. Kurt Angle & AJ Styles for the titles. We get a No Surrender card-rundown.
