- As noted earlier, The Rock has been confirmed to play the lead in a new movie called Lore, which has been described as a "hybrid of traditional narrative and graphic novel." The Rock commented on the new movie, writing on his Twitter, "Just connected w/ the great Barry Sonnenfeld. We & Warner Bros' promise you a helluva ride. #LORE"
- WWE officially announced that 12 Rounds: Reloaded began production in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Roel Reiné-directed sequel stars Randy Orton, David O'Hara ("The Departed," "Braveheart") and Cindy Busby ("The Big Year," "Heartland"). Here is the synopsis for the movie:
"An Emergency Medical Technician (Orton) finds himself caught in a deadly 12-round game of cat and mouse with a man (O'Hara) tied to his past. With little time to spare and the life of his wife (Busby) hanging in the balance, the paramedic must figure out why he's been chosen to be the pawn in this maniac's game before it's too late."
- UFC president Dana White spoke to a group of reporters after yesterday's UFC on FUEL TV pre-fight press conference in Nottingham, England. White was asked is he would bring Brock Lesnar back to the UFC, to which he replied, "Sure, I'd bring Brock back. If Brock wanted to fight in the UFC, I'd do it."
