WWE SmackDown Recap (W/ Video) - Orton Vs. Ziggler, Sheamus Vs. Sandow

Welcome to the WrestlingInc.com WWE SmackDown recap.

We are in Greenbay, Wisconsin. Dolph Ziggler faces Randy Orton. Lilian introduced Sheamus. Sheamus mentions HHH. He says Hunter has his respect and that's the opposite of Alberto Del Rio.

Damien Sandow interrupts on the ramp. He says Sheamus is ignorant and that HHH led an assault against him. Sheamus invites him to get in the ring. Sandow says Sheamus is unworthy of his time.

Booker T's music hits. He makes a match between Sandow and Sheamus for tonight. We go to commercial.

Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes

Cody cuts a previously recorded split-screen promo about masks. He says they represent panic, fear, and ugliness. They trade moves, Cody slides out of the ring to avoid the 619 and sends Rey into the announce table. We go to commercial.

Cody hits a devastating suplex in the ring for 2. Rhodes gets more near-falls and continues to pick-apart Rey. Cody goes for the mask and it gives Rey a window to take over. Rey hits the West Coast Pop from up top and a leg-scissor takedown for 2. Cody takes over with a knee in the head. Cody stops the 619 but Rey rolls him up for 3.

Winner by pin: Rey Mysterio

Cody gets his heat back with stomps and goes for the mask. Sin Cara comes out to the rescue and sets Cody up for Rey to deliver the 619. Sin Cara puts a mask like his on Cody.

Eve comes down and joins commentary. We go to commercial.

Kaitlyn vs. Natalya

The women go back and forth. Natalya shows her mean streak and yells for Kaitlyn to respect her. Kaitlyn hits a couple of takedowns and a dropkick. Natalya hits a clothesline for 2. Kaitlyn rolls her up suddenly for the win.

Winner by pin: Kaitlyn

Matt Striker interviews Booker in the back. They show a video of Vickie Guerrero and AJ's confrontation from RAW. Booker says he thinks AJ is unraveling. Vickie interrupts and says she is taking action for AJ's assault on her.

We go to commercial.

A recap of Punk-Lawler is shown. Then more of Bryan's anger class. We go to commercial.

Sheamus vs. Damien Sandow

Sandow ducks in the ropes and tells the ref to "relinquish him." Sandow ducks out of the ring and complains about a closed fist of Sheamus. Sheamus hits a series of takedowns but Sandow retreats again. Sheamus gives chase but Sandow rams him into the steel steps then goes inside to get the count-out victory. Sheamus makes it back in and Sandow goes on a mean streak. Sandow gets 2. Sheamus fights his way up and starts to pick Sandow apart. Sandow goes to leave but Sheamus bring him back in and hits forearms in the ropes. Sandow ducks White Noise and runs away.

Winner by count-out: Sheamus

Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel vs. The Prime Time Players

Kidd and Gabriel display beautiful tag-team wrestling but Titus and Young take over. Kidd escapes and tags Gabriel who takes out both men and goes up top. Titus interferes and Kidd takes care of him to the outside. Young makes Gabriel lose his balance and drops him on the mat to steal the win.

Winners by pin: The Prime Time Players

More anger management footage. We go to commercial.

Del Rio comes down for an interview with Josh Matthews. Del Rio threatens him and Kane comes down as Josh and Del Rio both get out of the ring. Kane says as part of his anger management, he is out here to apologize to Josh for throwing him a couple of weeks ago. Teddy Long comes out and tells Del Rio he faces Kane right now.

We go to commercial.

Kane vs. Alberto Del Rio

Kane starts to pick apart Del Rio. Del Rio hits a kick to the shoulder and starts to work the arm but Kane counters. Kane goes up top and hits a clothesline. Josh says he's nervous. Kane pulls Ricardo on the apron and Del Rio steals the win from behind.

Winner by pin: Alberto Del Rio

Kane starts to lose it and runs toward the announce table. Cole and Josh run but Kane grabs Josh and throws him on the floor, then in the ring. Kane hits a chokeslam and sets his pyro off.

Randy Orton vs. Dolph Ziggler

Orton takes the first decided advantage after some back and forth. Orton hits a nice dropkick and a duplex for 2. Vickie provides noise pollution from ringside. Ziggler takes over with a mean streak of elbows for 2. Orton ducks a Stinger Splash and starts his finishing sequence but Ziggler fights it. They go up top and Orton hits a superplex and slowly makes the cover for 2. Ziggler jumps up and hits a DDT from out of nowhere for 2. Orton hits his own DDT in the ropes but Ziggler kicks out. Orton tosses Ziggler on the announce table then sends him back in for the RKO and the win.

Winner by pin: Randy Orton

Vickie grabs a mic and announces "Still Money in the Bank winner, Dolph Ziggler."
