Fan Who Was Struck By CM Punk Now Considering Lawsuit

CBS Sacramento reporter Laura Cole, who attended Monday's Raw, wrote on her Twitter today that the fan attacked by CM Punk at the show is considering filing a lawsuit.

She wrote, "fan telling #CBS13 that he is now considering getting an attorney for a possible lawsuit."
