Hulk Hogan Suing Former Best Friend And Website Over Leaked Sex Tape

TMZ reports that Hulk Hogan is suing his former best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, for secretly taping his sexual encounter with Heather Clem, Bubba's wife.

Hogan will be suing Bubba for invasion of privacy, claiming that Bubba and Heather conspired to create the tape. Hogan will also be filing a federal lawsuit against the website that released the tape.

As noted earlier, Hogan had said that Bubba gave him his blessing to have sex with his wife, which occurred six years ago while Hogan was still married to Linda Hogan. Bubba aparently appears at the end of the video and tells his wife, "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."
