On her Facebook account Monday, a message was released from an individual claiming to be her lawyer: "I am Tammy's lawyer Rob Serafinowicz and Tammy asked me to issue the following statement on her behalf. Tammy thanks everyone for all their support. She will be entering a long term treatment program soon and looks forward to putting this situation behind her. It also appears that Damien is selling her personal items on eBay and asks that these items be reported as stolen."
