Backstage Note On Fandango, Identity Of RAW Security Guards, Update On JBL's Next Climb
- SmackDown announcer JBL noted on his Facebook that he's just 7 weeks away from heading to South America to climb Mt. Aconcagua, nicknamed Mt. Death, as part of his Seven Summits campaign. JBL noted that the next 7 weeks will be "pure self induced hell" as he continues to train. He has to drop his weight to below 230lbs. before January 11th, a size he says he hasn't been at since college.
- The guys who appeared as security in the Ryback segment during last night's RAW were Luke Hawx, Byron Wilcott, Matt Lancie, Blake Wilder and Haniel T. They are all a part of WildKat Sports & Entertainment out of New Orleans.
Apparently Hawx and others will also be working tonight's SmackDown tapings in Bossier City. Hawx commented on Twitter after last night's RAW about a talk with Paul Heyman:
"Had a great f–kin talk with @HeymanHustle tonight! He threw gasoline on a fire!!!"
- WWE officials have high hopes for Johnny Curtis and the Fandango gimmick.
