Gawker Says Hulk Hogan's Reputation Was Ruined Before Sex Tape Leak, TNA In Dalton Tonight

- The Gawker website, which is being sued by Hulk Hogan for $100 million for his leaked sex tape, responded to his lawsuit. According to TMZ.com, Gawker argues that the released sex tape doesn't harm his reputation since Hogan admitted that he was an adulterer in his 2009 book. They also claim to have not invaded Hogan's privacy since they didn't film the tape, they just distributed a portion of the footage. Finally, they argue that they shouldn't have to reveal who leaked the tape because of laws that protect news sources.

A hearing for Hogan's request for an injunction will be held on Thursday, November 8th.
