Linda McMahon Loses Second U.S. Senate Bid

The Associate Press reports that Democrat Congressman Chris Murphy defeated Republican Linda McMahon in the U.S. Senate race for the state of Connecticut.

It was McMahon's second Senate bid, and it is estimated that she has spent nearly $100 million of her own money between the two campaigns.
