WWE Saturday Morning Slam Recap - Clay Vs. Rhodes, Sin Cara, Masked Superstars
Welcome to the WrestlingInc.com WWE Saturday Morning Slam Recap.
In celebration of the Mexican Day of the Dead, we will be celebrating luchadores.
We go to the ring for Sin Cara's entrance. Santino is at ringside with Josh Mathews. El Local makes his way to the ring. It appears to be Ricardo Rodriguez in Sin Cara garb.
Sin Cara vs. El Local
Cara takes him down and flips around causing El Local to duck out of the ring. Cara hits a couple of armdrags and a head scissors off the 2nd rope. Cara hits a corkscrew plancha to the outside. Local gets back in and catches Cara in a side slam for a 2. Cara works his way up and takes him down again as Local goes to the outside and we take a break.
Cara takes control in the ring for 2. Local goes back to working the abs of Cara. Cara breaks his grip and hits a crossbody and another head scissors takedown. Cara hits a corkscrew off the apron and a springboard Senton for the win.
Winner by pin: Sin Cara
Cara celebrates in the ring.
-We go to a video package highlighting masked superstars.

We see footage from WCW. Juventud Guerrera is spotlighted. (He was immortalized by the Rock in 1999 during Y2J's historic debut.) We go to Rey Mysterio. He is called the greatest luchador of all time. Rey talks about his favorite masks. We go to break.
Dolph Ziggler has replaced Santino at ringside while Brodus Clay makes his full entrance. Cody Rhodes comes out.
Cody Rhodes vs. Brodus Clay
They lock up and Clay shoves Cody down and gyrates. Clay knocks him down again and scoop slams him. Clay throws Cody out but he hangs on HBK style and comes back in for more punishment. Cody goes out to regroup as we take another break.
Heath Slater brings us this week's PSA.
Cody begs off in the ring as we return to action. Cody asks for dancing time as Clay watches from the corner. He is horrible. Clay takes his spot in the center of the ring and Cody hits a dropkick to his back and almost takes the big man off his feet. Cody hits a dropkick off the 2nd rope and gets 2. Cody goes to lift Clay for a slam but hurts his back. Cody trips Clay for a 2. Cody works the left leg to keep Clay down. Cody goes for a figure-four but Clay rolls him up for 2. Clay gets up and front slams Cody and hits a splash for the win.
Winner by pin: Brodus Clay
Clay celebrates with fans in the ring as we go off the air.
