In his details he mentions a battle royal will open the show with the winner getting a shot at the Intercontinental Championship match later in the event. He mentioned the divas would be in action, a few tag team matches, a special match and the steel cage main event.

There was a 15 minute intermission.

Primo & Epico vs. The Great Khali and Hornswoggle was next, with the loser having to sing a Christmas Carol. Khali and Hornswoggle got the win after Khali hit the Punjabi Plunge and Hornswoggle followed up with a tadpole splash. After the match, Epico & Primo bailed on Rosa Mendes, making her sing by herself.

In a bonus match, Michael McGillicutty defeated Alex Riley in a two minute match.

The roadies set up the steel cage, which took another 15 minutes.

World Heavyweight Champion The Big Show defeated Sheamus in a steel cage match. Good match that saw Big Show kicking out after a Brogue kick and Sheamus kicking out after the WMD. The highlight of the match was Sheamus hitting Show with the Electric Chair as Show was attempting to climb out of the cage. Show and Sheamus then both tried to climb out of the cage, but Show hit Sheamus with the WMD, knocking Sheamus off the top rope to the canvas, allowing Show to crawl out of the cage door. Sheamuse grabbed Show's legs as he was trying to crawl out, but Show kicked him off and slid onto the floor.

After the match, Show grabbed a steel chair and brought it into the ring, but Sheamus hit him with a Brogue kick to send the fans home happy.
