WWE SmackDown Results - Final "TLC" Hype, Sheamus Vs. Cesaro, Big Show, The Shield & More

SmackDown begins with video of The Shield and Sheamus & Big Show from RAW. We go to the announce table as Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro are sitting at opposite sides of JBL and Josh Mathews. Big Show's music hits and he comes to the ring with the title high in the air. R-Truth comes out. There are tables, ladders, and chairs all over the place at the entrance and ramp. Truth and Cesaro make eye contact from across the ring.

Big Show vs. R-Truth

The bell rings and Show goes to work on Truth. Show hits chops to the chest and stands on Truth while holding the ropes for leverage. Show turns his attention to Sheamus at ringside but is still successful in laying out Truth off the apron. Cesaro gets up from the table and walks toward a beaten Truth. Sheamus gets up and knocks Cesaro on his arse. Cesaro and Sheamus sit back down. Show taunts Sheamus from inside the ring. Truth jumps on Show's back but Show throws him off. Show misses with an elbow and both men are down. Cesaro hasn't replaced his headset and is sitting with a mean mug and ignoring Josh. Show hits the KO in the ring for the win.

Winner by pin: Big Show

Show raises the title in the ring and gets out and walks toward Sheamus. Sheamus gets up as JBL begs him to stop. Cesaro runs up and knocks Sheamus into Show and runs away. Show complains that his arm is hurt because Sheamus hit him and he walks up the ramp. We go to break.

-We're back to a replay of what just happened. Show finds Booker in the back and asks if he saw what just happened. Show wants the match called off. Booker isn't buying it. He tells Show to say he's scared. Booker says the match is still on.

-Damien Sandow is in the ring and he says, "Hello and good evening." He says he's been scouring the WWE Universe to find an apprentice but it's been like finding a needle in a haystack. He tells the crowd to stand up and remain silent. They boo him. Sandow introduces Cody Rhodes. Rhodes and his mustache make their way to the ring. We see a replay from Monday when Rhodes pinned The Uso's. Rhodes gets a "Cody's Mustache" chant. Cody says Sandow can stop his search because his equal, his partner is back. Cody starts to talk about Miz but The Uso's music hits and they come to the ring.

Team Rhodes Scholars vs. The Uso's

We return to Cody in the ring against one Jimmy. Jimmy back him into the corner and The Uso's make quick tags in and out. Cody launches Uso onto the apron and then to the floor with a distraction assist from Sandow take over in the ring and hits the Elbow of Disdain on Jimmy in the ring for 2. Cody tags in and goes to work on Jimmy Uso. Uso ducks a clothesline and hits a reverse kick to tags his brother. Jey comes in with fire and takes it to Cody and then Sandow. Uso hits the Running StinkFace to Sandow in the corner. Sandow steals a victory from behind with a roll up and a hand full of tights.

Winners by pin: Team Rhodes Scholars

-We go to a shot of David Otunga. He sips his coffee as he reviews the "no-contact" contract that Big Show signed. The camera pulls back and we see Show. He tells Show he's right about the clause. Show tells him to use his Harvard Degree for him. Otunga says they will address it publicly. We go to commercial.

-Show and Otunga are in the ring and Show says we all clearly saw Sheamus put his hands on him and violated the clause. He gives the mic to his legal council. Otunga says Booker T forced Big Show to sign a legally binding contract and now won't honor it. He says he will have to talk to the Board of Directors and call for Booker's removal as GM.

Booker's music hits and he comes on the ramp. He says Otunga's degree isn't worth the paper it is printed on. Booker says the contract is not by the letter of the law but by the spirit of the intent. Booker says the match at TLC between Show and Sheamus is still on. Show shouts and stomps in the ring. Otunga says that just because Booker has been to prison it does not make him a legal expert. Otunga says he's going to get Sheamus fired too.

Sheamus' music hits and he runs to the ring with a chair. He says if Booker says the match is off there is nothing stopping him from kicking Show's arse right now. Show clears his throat and looks shaken and says the contract is still valid and he ducks out and walks up the ramp. Sheamus turns around and gives the Brogue Kick to David Otunga.

-Josh and JBL discuss things at ringside. Josh sends to a video of Randy Orton versus Brad Maddox from 2 weeks ago on RAW. We see the following attack by The Shield on Orton. We will get Orton's thoughts after the break.

-We return to a violent stomping of Orton by The Shield in the back already in progress. They leave him in a heap of trash and on a broken table.

Kaitlyn vs. Aksana

The ladies are already in the ring and Aksana gets an early takedown and headlock. Aksana holds tight to the headlock as Kaitlyn tries unsuccessfully to escape. Aksana gets a near fall and goes back to the headlock. Kaitlyn hits a sideslam on Aksana but she will not let go. Josh says they hope to have an update on Randy Orton.

Kaitlyn lifts Aksana on her shoulder and hits a series of clotheslines and a backbreaker across her knee for the win.

Winner by pin: Kaitlyn

-We go to Matt Striker in front of the trainer's room as people go in and out. Orton has suffered a separated shoulder and it was hanging out of the socket. He also may have suffered a concussion.

-MizTV is next.

-The Miz is in the ring for MizTV. He talks about The Shield and two of their opponents at TLC this Sunday, his guests, Team Hell No. Kane and Daniel Bryan come to the ring to Kane's music. Miz starts to ask Bryan how it felt and Bryan interrupts and asks him if he's Oprah. Bryan starts to cut a promo about the therapy that he and Kane have gone though and when The Shield are begging him to stop, he going to be saying, "No No NO!" Kane says he and Bryan are now on the same page and are unstoppable.

The footage goes to black and flickers to video of The Shield. Dean Ambrose picks up the camera from the floor and they introduce themselves. They cut a promo about justice and that their hands were forced. They say in 48 hours they will bring the sword and justice will be served. Kane asks why wait until Sunday. Roman Reins says, "Finally, something we agree on." They drop the camera and Kane and Bryan look around the ring for them. The Shield appears in a skybox and start to make their way to the ring. Ryback's music hits and he comes to the ring. The Shield hesitates in the stands as Ryback and the fans chant, "Feed Me More." The Shield retreats. We go to break.

The Great Khali w/ Natalya & Hornswoggle and Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel vs. The Prime Time Players and Primo & Epico w/ Rosa Mendes

Khali hits a big chop to Titus in the corner. Hornswoggle tags in and hits a chop to Titus on his knees. Titus overtakes the little guy and tags Darren Young. Kidd tags in and Primo comes in to mix it up. Epico tags in and gets 2 on Kidd. Rosa slaps Kidd from the floor and Natalya takes care of her. Kidd counters Primo and rolls him up for the win.

Winners by pin: Khali, Hornswoggle, Kidd & Gabriel

Things break down and the faces clear the ring. Khali dances as Kidd and Gabriel do flips in the ring.

Kofi Kingston vs. Alberto Del Rio

Kingston is out first. Del Rio comes out hits a kick to the gut and takes Kofi down. Kofi catches Del Rio's leg as they reset and they go back and forth with counters. Del Rio hits a shoulderblock. Kofi ducks a clothesline and hits a dropkick for 2. Kofi hits shots to the head mounted in the corner. Del Rio kicks out of a pin at 2. Del Rio gets control in the corner and sends Kofi in but Kofi runs up the ropes and flies off with a punch to the head. Kofi clotheslines Del Rio out of the ring and flies over the top onto him. Del Rio knocks Kofi off the apron and to the floor as we go to break.

-Back to action as Del Rio hits a snap suplex in the ring and gets 2. Kofi rolls Del Rio up for 2 but Del Rio resumes offense with a Tile-A-Whirl. Del Rio mocks Kofi by slapping his hands together. Kofi moves in the corner and Del Rio kisses the turnbuckle. Del Rio runs up and hits the signature kick to the head but somehow Kofi kicks out. Del Rio hits a sit-down slam for another 2. Kofi fights back and builds momentum. Del Rio cuts him with a side suplex and gets 2. Kofi counters Del Rio and rolls him up to steal a pin.

Wade Barrett runs out and tries to attack but Kofi ducks him and hits him with the Trouble in Paradise.

-A RAW Rebound is shown of the AJ-Cena storyline.

-We go to Sheamus' locker room as William Regal gives him a pep talk and tells him to keep his head in the game. Sheamus says he going to wear Big Show out with repeated chair shots this Sunday. He shakes hands with Regal as we take another commercial break.

Antonio Cesaro vs. Sheamus

Sheamus makes his entrance past the tables, ladders, and chairs. Cesaro comes out to the ring. They lock up and Cesaro hits a shoulderblock to take Sheamus down. Sheamus answers with one of his own. Sheamus gets about a 1 on Cesaro. Sheamus hits a Rolling Senton for 2. Cesaro throws Sheamus out of the ring and hits a big knee to Sheamus on the apron on his way back in the ring. Cesaro starts to stomp Sheamus in the ring and applies a reverse head lock. Cesaro hits his gutwrench slam on Sheamus and gets 2. Sheamus starts to fight back and they trade uppercuts. Sheamus starts a flurry and comes off the top with a battering ram to Cesaro. Sheamus hits his forearm in the ropes spot and suplexes Cesaro into the ring.

Big Show shows up on the stage with a chair and throws William Regal down at his feet. Sheamus runs up the ramp and Show hits Regal in the back with the chair. Regal falls into Sheamus' arms. Show laughs and walks away as Sheamus holds his head in grief and anger. SmackDown goes off the air.
