ROH News: Two New Names Announced For The Top Prospect Tournament
This coming Saturday, January 5th, will be the first ROH TV taping of 2013. It will be an incredibly exciting show, which will feature the return of the Top Prospect Tournament, which hasn't seen an ROH ring since 2011. This time around, the reward for winning hasn't been announced, but ROH Match Maker Nigel McGuinness has promised that it will be something good.
As we previously reported, four men have already been announced for the tournament: ACH, QT Marshall, Silas Young and Mike Sydal.
ROH has now announced the next two wrestlers set to compete in the tournament.
- Matt Taven: Like several other wrestlers competing in this tournament already, Matt Taven has made sporadic appearances for ROH. A Top Prospect Tournament win would go a long way in vouching for the fact that he deserves to have a permanent place on the roster.
- Tadarius Thomas: Thomas has been quite an impressive wrestler for ROH as of late, with a win over Rhino at Glory by Honor XI and an impressive showing against Roderick Strong on ROH TV recently. He is a wrestler that no doubt deserves to be in the tournament.
Tickets for the ROH TV tapings in Baltimore this Saturday are on sale now, and will be available for purchase at the door.
