- As noted earlier, WWE video game publisher THQ filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and was working with investment firm Clearlake Capital Group to acquire their assets. That deal failed, and Distressed Debt Investing reports that assets for the company will be auctioned off on January 22nd. Electronic Arts is a potential buyer for some of the company's titles.
