TNA Impact Results From London: Aces & 8's Stand Tall, New Champion Crowned & More

- Impact begins with a video of recent events. Who will Hulk Hogan pick as the #1 contender for the world title?

- We go to crowd shots from London, England in Wembley Arena.

- Hulk Hogan's music hits and he comes to the ring.

Hogan takes in the cheers and says he's been thinking all week about who should face Jeff Hardy for the title. Hogan introduces Bully Ray. Bully comes out and is surprised as he comes down the ramp. Bully takes the mic but he is speechless. He says he's hurt; he partially hurt his quad. Hogan says he's the toughest SOB in the company. Bully says so many other people that competed last week deserve it so much more. Bully says that he wants to make Hogan proud and become the champion. Bully proposes a match involving himself, Hogan, and Sting vs. 3 members of Aces & 8's. Bully calls Hogan "dad" and they shake hands. Hogan says, "You got it brother." Tenay sells it and says we haven't heard Hogan wrestle since 2011.

- Austin Aries and Bobby Roode are interrupted in the back by Daniels and Kazarian. They tell Roode and Aries to follow their lead in the coming match. They leave and Aries and Roode argue between them about who following who's lead. We go to break.

- Daniels and Kazarian make their entrance as the announcers talk about the main event. The world tag team champions Aries and Roode enter followed by Hernandez and Chavo Guerrero. Joseph Park is next followed by James Storm. Nobody really got a great pop but maybe it was different live.

Daniels & Kazarian and Aries & Roode vs. Chavo & Hernandez, James Storm, & Joseph Park

Daniels takes Storm down to start off but Storm and Daniels both end up on the floor. We have a melee with the remaining combatants in the ring. We go to a commercial.

We're back as things have gotten more under control. Park is attacked behind the ref's back and Daniels takes over. Aries and Roode quarrel as Daniels and Kazarian take turns on Park. They all try to tag themselves in and argue about who is going in. Park hits a double clothesline out of the corner on Daniels and Kaz. Aries and Roode both avoid tags and walk up the ramp. Park makes the tag to Storm who goes to work on Daniels and Kaz. Storm hits the Last Call and Park comes off the top with a splash on Kaz. Chavo gets the pin.

Winners by pin: Chavo & Hernandez, James Storm, and Joseph Park

- We see footage of British Boot Camp and winners Rockstar Spud and The Blossom Twins.

- We go to the ring as the lovely Christy Hemme introduces Robbie E. and Robbie T. Rockstar Spud is introduced.

Robbie E. vs. Rockstar Spud

Robbie E. starts off strong and stomps Spud on the mat as he calls him a loser and berates him. Spud charges into the corner but Robbie kicks him in the face. Robbie resumes to slapping Spud in the back of the head and schooling him. Spud mounts a small comeback and hits a Tilt-A-Whirl DDT. Spud misses from up top but as Robbie E argues with Robbie T, Spud rolls up Robbie from behind for the pin.

Winner by pin: Rockstar Spud

Robbie E. confronts Robbie T. in the ring and slaps him in the face twice. The crowd chants for Robbie T. as he throws down the clipboard and takes his shirt off. Robbie E. falls backward out of the ring and escapes up the ramp.

- Back from a break as the lovely Christy Hemme introduces the lovely Velvet Sky. Gail Kim is out next followed by Miss Tessmacher. Knockouts Champion Tara makes her entrance with Jesse. And finally, Brooke Hogan comes to ringside as she had promised last week.

TNA Knockouts Championship Elimination: Tara (c) vs. Velvet Sky vs. Gail Kim vs. Miss Tessmacher

All the ladies square off with quick elimination attempts. Velvet tries to fight off Gail and Tara in the ring but they team against her. Tara covers Velvet but Gail has a problem with it and Tara and Gail trade shots. Tessmacher pulls Gail to the floor out in front of Brooke and her "great legs." Tessmacher reverses Gail and hits a bulldog on the floor. Tara lays out Velvet in the ring and Tessmacher takes her place. Tara hits a moonsault from up top onto Tessmacher but Velvet recovers and hits an In Your Face to Tara. Gail comes in and steals the pin and throws Velvet out. Tara has officially lost the title.

Tessmacher lays out Gail in the ring and goes up top but Gail cuts her off. Velvet joins them and they hit a triple move as the crowd goes crazy with 'TNA' chants. Velvet rolls up Tessmacher in the corner to eliminate her. Gail unloads with stomps to Velvet. Velvet builds momentum and hits a head scissor takedown. Gail pins her in the corner but uses the ropes and referee Taryn calls her on it. Gail gets in Taryn's face; Taryn later pulls Gail's grip from the ropes. Velvet hits In Your Face to get the win.

Winner by pin and New TNA Knockouts Champion: Velvet Sky

- Hogan tells Sting to be the eyes in the back of his head tonight. Sting goes back into his own locker room where Bully is waiting. Bully is excited to be tagging with Sting and Hogan. Sting says they will put an end to it all tonight.

- Back from a break as we get an update on AJ Styles. Tenay says cameras are being sent to Georgia and we will hear from AJ next week.

- They send to a video of Wes Briscoe and Garett Bischoff's reveal.

- Garett Bischoff is introduced to the ring followed by Samoa Joe.

Samoa Joe vs. Garett Bischoff

Garett ducks Joe in the ropes and goes to the floor after ducking kicks. Garett lures Joe outside and gets the 1st-man-in-advantage. Garett keeps Joe down and works the left knee. Joe comes back with strikes out of the corner but Garett takes him back down and unloads on the left leg. Joe comes back with a vicious flurry takes Garett's head off with a kick and follows up with a Senton. Wes Briscoe enters the ring and the bell rings. Joe handles him but they are too much. Kurt Angle comes to the rescue as Wes and Garett bail. Angle grabs a mic and says he is the reason that Wes Briscoe got a contract and says he will face Wes in a steel cage at Lockdown.

- Back from a break as Kenny King is introduced to the ring followed by RVD.

TNA X- Division Championship: Rob Van Dam (c) vs. Kenny King

King kicks RVD out of the ring right before the bell rings and he goes to work on the floor. King rolls in and out to break the count. King rolls RVD in and gets 2. RVD fights back but King pulls him off the top and puts his butt in RVD's face and points to it saying, "RVD." King hits a snap suplex and floats over for some ground and pound. RVD takes King from corner to corner, points to himself, and kicks King in the face. RVD hits a monkey-flip but King lands on his feet and gets a near-fall on RVD.

We get dueling chants for each man. RVD hits Rolling Thunder and the 5 Star Frogsplash for the win.

Winner by pin And Still TNA X-Division Champion: Rob Van Dam

- Hogan convinces Brooke in the back that he has to wrestle tonight and that he is in good hands. Brooke tells him to be careful.

- We see a promo for Hardy vs. Bully in a cage for the title.

- Aces & 8's Devon, Mr. Anderson, and DOC come to the ring through the crowd. Sting comes out to a nice reaction. Bully comes out and meets Sting on the ramp. Hogan's music plays but he doesn't show. The crowd 'boos.' The music restarts as Aces & 8's attack the good guys.

Bully Ray, Sting, & Hulk Hogan vs. Devon, Mr. Anderson, & DOC

Sting and Bully make a comeback from the onslaught as we go to break.

Anderson is in control of Bully in the ring as the crowd continues to chant for the missing Hogan. DOC comes in to resume offense on Bully. He holds Bully for Devon who takes over. Bully fights back off his knees but it's no good. The ref keeps Sting at bay as Bully is kept in enemy corner. Bully hits a suplex on Devon and reaches for Sting but Devon pulls him back and tags Anderson. Anderson spits toward Sting which brings him in. The ref holds Sting back as Aces & 8's capitalizes. You would think Sting would know better by now. Bully hits a spear to Devon and makes the hot-tag to Sting. Sting goes to work and hits a Scorpion Death Drop on DOC but Anderson breaks the count.

We see Aces & 8's members Wes and Knox on the ramp with Brooke and Garett and the VP guy with Hulk. They are holding them hostage; Bully runs to make the save and they retreat. Sting's head gets taken off by DOC in the ring for the pin.

Winners by pin: Aces & 8's

Hulk favors his knee on the ramp as Brooke and Bully check on him. Devon stomps Sting in the ring and he holds them for Anderson and DOC. The other members enter the ring and stand tall in the ring. Taz says, "It's a good day to be a bad guy."
