5/13 RAW Breakdown: HHH And Lesnar's Steel Cage Segment, Kofi Vs. Sandow Loses Big, More
As noted, the May 13th WWE RAW did a 2.91 cable rating for 4.06 million viewers. This was the second lowest RAW rating of the year.
In the segment breakdown, Chris Jericho and Fandango's dance-off did a 3.00 quarter rating to open the show. Zack Ryder vs. Ryback lost 125,000 viewers. Tensai and Brodus Clay vs. Darren Young and Titus O'Neil plus Teddy Long's announcement lost 263,000 viewers. Damien Sandow vs. Kofi Kingston lost 136,000 viewers for a show-low 2.62 quarter rating. The confrontation with Sheamus and Mark Henry, a Brock Lesnar video and the 12 Rounds trailer gained 397,000 viewers at 9pm for a 2.91 quarter rating.
Randy Orton vs. Antonio Cesaro and Heath Slater vs. The Miz lost 160,000 viewers. Daniel Bryan, Kane and John Cena vs. The Shield in the elimination match gained a strong 623,000 viewers, ending with a show-high 3.24 quarter rating. Big E Langston vs. Jack Swagger lost 274,000 viewers. Natalya vs. AJ Lee lost another 279,000 viewers. The closing angle with Triple H and Brock Lesnar in the steel cage gained 465,000 viewers for a 3.18 overrun rating – about normal numbers.
