The Rock's New Show Debuts Next Week Before Impact Wrestling, Meet The Contestants
The Rock's new reality series, The Hero, debuts on Thursday, June 6th at 8pm ET on TNT, one hour before Impact Wrestling on SpikeTV. The show puts ordinary people together in a house and assigns them various missions, that will push "them to the limits to see what they are willing (and able) to overcome, undergo or sacrifice for the sake of their fellow contestants."
The Rock serves as the mentor and motivator of the contestants. Social media will also be incorporated into the show, with viewers being able to vote each week for the contestant they consider to be the most heroic.
