ROH Best In The World 2013 takes place this Saturday at 5pm ET at The Du Burns Arena in Baltimore, MD. In the main event, ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe defends his title against his brother, Mark Briscoe. In another featured bout, Matt Hardy will face Kevin Steen in a grudge match.
