WWE Main Event Recap (W/ Video): Christian Vs. Dean Ambrose, Jericho Vs. Rhodes, New Diva Jo-Jo

- Opening theme leads right into Chris Jericho's pyro and entrance. Cody Rhodes makes his entrance. The Miz is on commentary with Josh Mathews.

Chris Jericho vs. Cody Rhodes

They go through a feeling-out period and Jericho hits a dropkick and clotheslines Rhodes to the floor. Jericho goes out and works Cody over and sends him back in. Cody pokes the eyes in the corner to take over on Y2J. Jericho comes back and they trade shots. Jericho with 2. Rhodes tosses Jericho into the steel post and he falls to the floor as we go to a commercial.

We're back to action. Jericho is in a headlock in the ring. Rhodes hits a drop toe-hold to resume control. Jericho fights back with chops to the chest. Cody hits a moonsault out of the corner for 2. Jericho starts to build some momentum and he goes for the Walls but Rhodes powers out. Cody hits the Disaster Kick for 2. Y2J comes off the top with a crossbody for 2.

More back and forth. Jericho with a suplex into a bridge for 2. Cody hits Cross Rhodes but Jericho kicks out. Jericho hits the Codebreaker out of nowhere but he is slow to make the cover and Rhodes puts his foot on the bottom rope. Rhodes hits the eyes again and grabs the tights to almost steal one. Jericho applies the Walls of Jericho as Cody taps.

Winner by pin: Chris Jericho

Jericho might have really injured his eye as celebrates with one eye open in the ring.

- Antonio Cesaro and Zeb Colter makes their way out after a break. Zeb cuts a promo as Cesaro covers his heart. Zeb talks about the Dublin Street Fight and the Del Rio Fiesta coming up on SmackDown and this being America. He talks about outsourcing of jobs and berate the local South Carolina Gamecocks. Cesaro takes the mic and says he came to America and attained success the right way. The crowd starts to chant, "USA" and starts to "WHAT" Cesaro.

- Back from a commercial as Dean Ambrose & Company appear in the stands but only Ambrose comes to the ring. We see footage of Christian getting jumped by The Shield. Christian makes his entrance.

Dean Ambrose vs. Christian

Ambrose slides to the floor as soon as the bell rings and baits Christian into a vulnerable position. Ambrose takes control in the ring but Christian recovers and sends Ambrose to the floor. Ambrose hits a clothesline on the floor and talks trash to Christian before sliding him back in the ring. Ambrose hits a front dropkick for 2.

Ambrose works the back and lower body of Christian. Back and forth; Christian gets 2. Christian goes up top but Rollins and Reigns show up and push him off. The bell rings. Jimmy and Jey Uso come to the rescue and they clear the ring. The Shield retreats into the crowd.

- The RAW Rebound is shown of CM Punk and Paul Heyman.

- The Prime Time Players make their entrance. Back from a break as Cameron and Naomi are in the ring with another woman. They introduce Tons of Funk as they sing the Brodus Clay theme, live. They aren't very good and I wonder if this is part of a heel turn. The new woman does belt out some nice notes so maybe it wasn't meant to come off as bad in the beginning. Josh says her name is Jo-Jo.

Tons of Funk vs. The Prime Time Players

Brodus Clay and Darren Young square-off. Clay sends him to the floor twice and Tensai sends him back in. Young tags Titus who takes over on Clay. Young tags back in for some double teaming. Tensai is in now and he gets double teamed by PTP. Titus slowly takes Tensai apart as The Funkadactyls look on. Tensai moves in the corner and tosses Titus to the floor. Young brings Titus back in as Clay tags in.

Clay starts to throw Titus around and hits a splash in the corner. Clay slams Titus but Darren breaks the cover. Tensai comes in also and takes care over Young to the floor. Young hits Clay from the floor and Titus covers him. Young holds Clay's foot down and Titus gets the 3.
