Maria Kanellis Reveals Which Divas Prevented Her WWE Return

As noted earlier, former WWE Diva and current ROH First Lady Maria Kanellis recently revealed that she was contacted by WWE about a possible return to the company for an eight-woman Divas tag team match at WrestleMania 29, but it fell through.

Maria noted on her Twitter tonight that she learned more about her nixed return, and that the Bella Twins prevented it from happening. She wrote, "I was offered a @wwe contract and the Bellas made sure I didn't get it. I'm not bitter. I just don't like people that mess with my career."

When a fan noted that she recently praised the twins in a recent Q&A for being talented, she replied, "I had to find the facts first. Now I have them."

Another fan quipped that the Bellas were scared of her, and she stated that "they always have been."
