NXT opens up with Renee Young and Bo Dallas. Young asks his thoughts on what happened with Leo Kruger last week, and who is going to be his first title defense. Dallas says it doesn’t matter if it’s Kruger, Graves or Mickey Keegan. He calls his fans the Bolievers. He says he strives to be the best there was, the best there is and the best there ever will be. He says if Kruger wants a shot at his title he will give it, but first he has to earn it.

Antonio Cesaro walks up and says he is a typical American for talking about earning it, but everything is handed to him. Cesaro calls him a punk and says it’s people like him that have caused the downfall in the country. He then challenges Dallas for the NXT Title. Dallas says this is Cesaro, the most insignificant US Champion in history and that after tonight, Cesaro won’t forget his name.

NXT Women’s Championship Tournament
Alicia Fox vs. Paige

They tie up and Paige gets a roll up. She hip tosses Fox and Fox reverses into a head scissors. Paige gets out and locks in a side headlock. She gets another hip toss and keeps Fox’s head locked in. Fox fights to her feet and bails to the outside for a breather. She gets back in and locks in a waist lock, but Paige backs her into the corner and hits a flurry of back elbows to the head. Paige charges, but Fox leaps up in the air. Fox hits a kick to the face and her bridging northern lights Suplex for a near fall.

She slams Paige into the turnbuckle twice and then shoves her head around. She drives Paige’s head onto the bottom rope with her boot and then hits a snap mare. Fox hits a back elbow for a two count. She locks Paige in a chin lock and drives her knee into Paige’s back. Paige bridges out, hits a chin breaker and slams Fox to the mat by her hair. She hits Fox with a clothesline and then slings her across the ring. Paige chokes Fox on the middle rope, heads to the apron and knees her in the head multiple times.

Paige gets back in the ring and Fox lands a dropkick. Paige counters and hits the Paige Turner out of nowhere for the win.

Winner: Paige

Andy Baker vs. Conor O’Brian (with Rick Victor)

This is Baker’s TV debut. Conor hits three shoulder knockdowns. He lands a trio of hip tosses, keeping the side headlock locked in. Baker fights back briefly with a series of strikes. Conor counters with a flapjack and his leg drop for the win.

Winner: Conor O’Brian

Renee Young is then backstage with Adrian Neville and Corey Graves. Young says that Ohno was injured after the Wyatt’s attack last week and is unable to compete. She asks how they will fill his spot. Graves says it was unfortunate, but in this business you have to be prepared for unexpected challenges. He says luckily, there could be someone to fill Ohno’s role. Neville asks William Regal to stand with them and fight and end the Wyatt Family for good.

Sylvester LeFort then comes out and introduces Scott Dawson.

Scott Dawson vs. Xavier Woods

Dawson backs Woods into the corner and hits a body shot. He whips Woods and charges, but Woods jumps over him. Woods hits a roll up for a two count, followed by a big chop. He hits Dawson with another chop. Dawson comes back and whips Woods. Woods ducks a pair of clotheslines and hits a hurricanrana for a one count. Dawson comes back and tosses Woods to the apron. Woods hits a shoulder to the gut. He goes to leap back in and Dawson strikes him. Woods falls off the apron and his head hits it.

Dawson drapes Woods over the top rope and slams his head to the mat. He hits Woods with a big clothesline and a leg drop. He then hits Woods with an elbow to the chest. Dawson locks Woods’ head in on the mat. Woods fights to his feet and hits a jawbreaker. Woods lands an upper cut and a dropkick. Woods hits the Honor Roll, followed by Lost in the Woods for the win.

Winner: Xavier Woods

A promo from Bray Wyatt is then shown. It’s more of the same creepy stuff in the woods.

William Regal then confirms he will join Adrian Neville and Corey Graves next week.

Mason Ryan vs. Enzo Amore (with Colin Cassaday)

Amore runs at Ryan. Ryan hits a huge punch to the jaw for the win.

Winner: Mason Ryan

Amore grabs a mic and screams he wasn’t even ready. He orders Cassaday to fight him.

Mason Ryan vs. Colin Cassaday

Cassaday towers over Ryan. Ryan kicks him in the gut, whips him into the corner and hits a clothesline. He whips Cassaday and then hits another clothesline. Ryan hits some sort of new finisher where he wraps his arms around Cassaday’s chest and slams him to the mat on Cassaday’s back for the win.

Winner: Mason Ryan

NXT Championship
Bo Dallas (c) vs. Antonio Cesaro

The crowd is chanting No More Bo before the match and We The People. Cesaro hits a backslide for a one count. Dallas hits a quick roll up attempt. They go back and forth and Dallas hits a fireman’s carry. Cesaro slams Dallas to the mat and goes to work on Dallas’ arm and fingers. Cesaro locks in a side headlock and a shoulder knock down. Dallas gets a dropkick. Cesaro comes back with an uppercut. Cesaro sends Dallas to the outside. He sends Dallas back in the ring as things go to commercial.

Leo Kruger comes out and stands at the top of the ramp. Cesaro is in control of Dallas in the ring. Cesaro hits a knee to the face and then a clothesline. He then kicks Dallas in the back. The crowd chants one more time as Cesaro hits a snap mare. Cesaro makes it look like he is going to kick Dallas again, but instead locks in a chin lock. Dallas gets to his feet and Cesaro knees him in the gut. Dallas hits two running strikes, a kick and a bulldog out of the corner for two.

Dallas tries to whip Cesaro, but Cesaro locks in a chin lock again. Dallas reverses a body slam attempt. Dallas tries to hit another corner assisted bulldog, but Cesaro crotches him on the top rope. He then drags Dallas along the top rope and punches him in the head. Cesaro goes up top and hits a gut wrench Suplex from the top rope for a near pin fall. Cesaro climbs up top again and hits a knee to the head for another near pin fall.

Cesaro locks in the chin lock again. He spins Dallas around with his head locked in. Dallas reverses into a pin attempt. Cesaro reverses into a fall away slam into a bridge pin attempt. Cesaro punches Dallas multiple times on the mat and goes up top again. Dallas runs up and tosses Cesaro off to the mat. Leo Kruger climbs up on the apron. Cesaro charges Dallas and Dallas moves. Cesaro hits Kruger and Dallas counters into his belly to belly Suplex for the win.

Winner: Bo Dallas

Kruger attacks Dallas from behind after the match. He beats Dallas down in the center of the ring. Cesaro hits Kruger with a huge European uppercut. Cesaro tosses the NXT Championship out of the ring and beats down Dallas. He hits a double boot stomp. Dallas tries to fight back as Kruger runs in and attacks Dallas. Cesaro and Kruger stare each other down for a second and then both start attacking Dallas.

Sami Zayn runs out and attacks Cesaro. They start exchanging blows and Zayn sends Cesaro out of the ring. Dallas sends Kruger out of the ring. Zayn and Dallas shake hands to end the show.
