- We noted yesterday that Stephanie McMahon Levesque sold 114,972 shares of WWE stock on the open market yesterday. She sold the shares for an average price of $10.39, for a total transaction of $1,194,559.08. According to an SEC filing, which you can view here, she retains 51,945 shares of the stock, with a market value of over $500,000.
A WrestlingINC.com reader pointed out that per the SEC filing, Stephanie sold shares that she indirectly owned through a trust. After the three transactions, she still holds 213,028 shares indirectly (as stated in Table 1's fifth column, fourth row), in addition to the 51,945 shares directly under her name.
