UFC News: Title Fight To Headline "The Ultimate Fighter Finale"

Ariel Helwani revealed this week on UFC Tonight that UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson (18-2-1) will next be putting his belt on the line against perennial contender Joseph Benzvidez (19-3). The two will meet in a rematch at the Mandalay Bay Events Center for The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale this November.

"UFC President Dana White confirmed that Demetrious Johnson will fight against Joseph Benavidez for the second time at The Ultimate Fighter Finale on November 30 on FOX," Helwani said.

Johnson and Benavidez have fought once before, doing battle at UFC 152 in 2012 to determine the promotion's inaugural flyweight title holder. Johnson won the bout via split decision and has defended it twice since, beating John Dodson and John Moraga. Since losing to Johnson, Benavidez has rattled off three impressive victories over Ian McCall, Darren Uyenoyama and Jussier Formiga.

The card will also feature a lightweight rematch between Nate Diaz and Gray Maynard (or rubber match, if you count their fight on The Ultimate Fighter 5).
