- The Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH is advertising a double main event for the RAW on September 16th, the night after Night of Champions. The arena is advertising CM Punk vs. Curtis Axel & Paul Heyman in a handicap match, as well as a six-man tag team match pitting The Shield against Rob Van Dam, The Big Show & Mark Henry, although Henry will likely not be in action after his recent injury. One of the matches is most likely a dark match, if not both.

- John Cena posted a tweet today noting that he is getting antsy after recently undergoing surgery. He wrote, "Everyday I sit here, body recovering, mind racing. Do not get phased by criticism or praise, but hate complacence. I AM #evenstronger"
