Smackdown Results: Big Show Vs Shield And Orton, Bryan Stands Tall, ADR Vs Ziggler And More

We open with a recap of Raw from Monday, showing Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton's confrontation. They show Orton beating down Bryan in front of Brie Bella.
The Big Show comes down to the ring. SmackDown is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana tonight. Cole and JBL talk about Big Show being conflicted. Big Show says that he is ashamed of himself and they show a video package of Show being ordered to punch different people by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
The crowd chants for Show as Show tells the fans that he did those things because he had no choice. Show says there are not a lot of job opportunities for jobs. Show says that no one can understand his situation, and that his actions have disgusted himself. He says what he has done is unforgivable, but he asks the fans to try and understand how he feels when Stephanie McMahon calls up his wife and insults him. Show says that he is filled with anger, and he does not know what he is supposed to do. He says that if he knocked HHH out he would have been fired on the spot, and that right now he has to face the Shield in a handicap match because he threatened to knock HHH out. He says that he is going to take out all that anger on the Shield tonight.
HHH music comes out and he comes down to a lot of boos that sound like they were pumped in. HHH says that he is ashamed as well, and that he is ashamed that as a locker room leader, he should not question his authority. HHH says all of Show's problems are his own fault, and that HHH is doing him a favor by going out of his way to help him. HHH says that he paid off Shows mortgage and that now, Show owes HHH instead of the bank. HHH says his patience is running thin, and that if he doesn't straighten out, Show will not be living in his house, HHH will.
HHH says that now he will face the Shield and Randy Orton in a 4-1 handicapped match.
Rob Van Dam and Ricardo are shown backstage and Cole says that RVD is up next.
We are back and Fandango makes his entrance. Cole and JBL talk about the WWE and their relationship with Breast Cancer Awareness month. Ricardo comes out and announces Rob Van Dam's entrance.
Fandango vs Rob Van Dam
Fandango gets the early advantage as he dumps RVD into the corner. RVD turns it around and hits a monkey flip. Fandango ends up on the apron, but reverses it and dumps RVD onto the outside.
We come back and RVD is in control. He hits a springboard kick and then a few clotheslines and another kick. RVD hits Rolling Thunder and then climbs up to the top for the Frog Splash. Summer Rae comes over and knocks RVD off the top, and then the ref calls for the bell.
Winner by Disqualification: Rob Van Dam
Fandango gets up and knocks RVD down. Fandango goes under the ring to look for something, but Ricardo distracts Fandango and RVD knocks him down. RVD goes back under the ring and gets a trashcan. Fandango goes into the corner and Ricardo takes the trashcan and sets up coast-to-coast. RVD hits the dropkick into the trashcan. RVD and Ricardo then celebrate in the ring as the announcers hype RVD's Hardcore match against Alberto Del Rio.
We are back and Dolph Ziggler vs Alberto Del Rio is announced for later.
Ryback is in the ring with Paul Heyman in his corner. R-Truth is out next and he does his typical rapping schtick. JBL joins in on the "What's Up" chants for some hilarious reason.
Ryback vs R-Turth
Ryback backs Truth into the corner but Truth fights back. Ryback powers him back into the corner but Truth fights out again and Ryback takes a breather outside of the ring. Heyman tells Ryback that Truth is a bully. Ryback gets back into the ring and knocks down Truth. Ryback declares that he hates bullies. Ryback goes for a press slam but Truth escapes and hits some right hands and a kick. Truth hits a missile dropkick for a two count.
Ryback gets up and hits a clothesline on Truth. Ryback says that Truth tried to bully him and hits the Shellshock for the three count.
Winner: Ryback
After the match Axel comes into the ring and hits a crappy clothesline on Truth. Axel talks smack to Truth and holds the IC belt right in his face.
Renee Young is backstage and asks Alberto Del Rio how he intends on facing RVD in a hardcore match. ADR says that he will use a trashcan to take out RVD, and then send him back to the garbage, where RVD belongs. An intern shows up and hands ADR a dented trash can. The intern says that it was a gift from RVD. ADR throws the trash can and storms away. Dolph Ziggler vs ADR is next.
We are back ADR makes his way down to the ring. They show the WWE's Youtube video of RVD's most extreme moments, which somehow still does not have any dislikes. Damien Sandow is at ringside doing commentary. Dolph Ziggler is out next as Damien Sandow is asked about facing Ziggler at Battleground.
Alberto Del Rio vs Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler goes for a series of rollups but ADR cuts him off. ADR goes for a scoop slam but Ziggler foes for another rollup and ADR goes out of the ring. ADR gets back in and hits a series of headbutts to Ziggler. ADR goes for the tilt-a-whirl backbreaker but Ziggler lands on his feet and hits a dropkick that sends ADR out of the ring. We then go to commercials.
We are back and ADR has a headlock on Ziggler and kicks him back down. ADR locks in a rear chinlock and Ziggler fights up to his feet and hits another dropkick. Ziggler tries to spear ADR but goes into the steel post instead. ADR hits a belly-to-back suplex for a two count. Ziggler locks in another rear chin lock and once again Ziggler gets up. ADR sends Ziggler into the corner but Ziggler lifts him onto the apron. ADR climbs the bottom rope, but Ziggler hits a dropkick and ADR goes to the outside.
ADR hangs Dolph up on the top rope and climbs the turnbuckle. Ziggler runs up and hits a facebuster off the top rope. The ref counts both men and ADR and Ziggler get up and trade blows. ADR goes into the corner and gets hit with a splash and then 10 punches, follwed up with a necbreaker and a flying forearm. Ziggler goes for the Fame-asser but ADR counters it into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. ADR climbs the top rope and leaps down but Ziggler picks him off with a dropkick which is good for a two-count.
Ziggler picks ADR up, but ADR hits a stabber to Dolphs shoulder and hits an enzughiri for a two count. ADR sits Ziggler up on the top rope and goes for a superplex. Dolph fights out and hits a sunset bomb for a two count. Both men get up and Ziggler locks in a sleeper hold. ADR runs Ziggler into the turnbuckle to break the hold. ADR climbs the second rope and hits a double stomp onto Zigglers back. ADR pulls down his knee pad and goes for a superkick, but Ziggler avoids it, but ADR hits him with the superkick for a two count. Ziggler goes for a ddt, but ADR rolls out into the armbreaker, but Ziggler slips out and hits the Fame-asser for a two count.
Ziggler goes for the ZigZag but ADR holds onto the rope. ADR hits a facebuster on Ziggler and locks in the cross armbreaker on Ziggler, who is forced to tap.
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
Thoughout the match the announcers plugged Sandow having the MITB briefcase and hype Sandow's ability to cash in his contract at anytime. We go to commercial.
We come back from commercial and the Three Man Band are in the ring. They show a promo from earlier today where Mahal and Slater talk about how Los Mataodres brought a bull into the ring. Los Matadores come out with their long intro, of course with El Torito.
Jinder Mahal and Heath Slater vs Los Matadores
Slater and one of the Matadores lock up and the Matadore takes down Slater with a couple of arm drags. Slater tags in Mahal and the Matadores gain the adavantage. Mahal gets hit with a frankensteiner and then gets hit with a double team slingshot forearm and then a splash from the top rope. Mahal fights them off and tags in Slater.
Slater hits a big kick to the face for a two count. Slater sends one of the matadores into the corner and he does the Ultimo Guerrero headstand and hits a hurrancanrana. They make a tag and the other matadore hits a double axe handel off the top. They hit their finisher and get the three count.
Winner: Los Matadores
After the match El Torito hit a springboard plancha onto Mahal and Slater.
Renee Young is backstage with Heyman, Axel and Ryback. Young asks Heyman about Axel's match and Heyman says that R-Truth will never be the IC champion. Heyman says that he is lucky that his name is not CM Punk. Heyman says that Punk will die a heroes death, and will fight to his last breath against a bigger, stronger opponent. Heyman says that after Battleground, Punk will never be able to threaten him, and that he will be Punk's lord, owner, master and he will be the best in the world. We then go to commercial.
We come back from commercial and Aksana is in the ring and looking damn fine (registered trademark to Ryan Clark). Brie Bella is out next and they hype Brie's title match sunday.
Brie Bella vs Aksana
Brie works over Aksana and hits a dropkick and then a knee strike. Aksana tries to get away and stops away on Brie. Aksana locks on a chinlock as the crowd sort of cheers Brie to her feet. Brie gets up but gets thrown back down by Aksana. Aksana beats down Brie and sends her into the corner. Nikkie gets the boot up and hits her facebuster on Aksana for the three count.
Winner: Brie Bella
AJ Lee comes down with Tamina and says that she is feeling inspired and that she has something special for Brie at Battleground. She says that she will do to her what Orton did to Bryan on Monday. She says that when Brie and Bryan have a baby, it will have a goatbeard. When the doctor sees the baby he is not going to spank the baby, but spank Brie instead. We then go to commercial.
We come back and Big E Langston is in the ring. They hype the WWE app and tell us how to install it again. Kofi Kingston is out next. They show a recap of the Wyatt's and Kofi from Monday.
Kofi Kingston vs Big E Langston
Big E comes out hot and beats Kofi down. Big E hits a belly-to-belly suplex for a two count and then a splash. Kofi fights out and gets the boot up in the turnbuckle. Kofi climbs up the rope and tries to hit a cross body but Big E catches him, but Kofi turns it into a rollup for a quick three count.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
After the match the Wyatt family comes down and says that the Wyatt family is coming for Kofi.
After returning for commercials, Kofi vs Bray Wyatt is announced for Battleground. We then get a recap of the Rhodes family and the Shield incident from Monday.
The Shield come out for their match as the main event is about to get underway. Randy Orton then comes out as Cole and JBL hype Battleground. Big Show then comes out looking pissed.
Big Show vs The Shield and Randy Orton
Big Show stars off against Ambrose. Show works Ambrose into the corner and chops him. He hits a headbutt and then a scoop slam. He hits another headbutt and Ambrose tags in Rollins. He hammers away on Rollins and hits another headbutt and then stands on Rollins. Show flings Rollins back into his corner and Rollins takes in Reigns.
Show knocks down Reigns with a shoulder tackle and then hits a headbutt. Reigns tags in Orton, who is backed into the corner. Big Show does the old "SHHHHH" slap and Orton tags in Rollins. Rollins hits the springboard knee and boots Show in the face a few times for a two-count.
Reigns and Orton come in and work over Show. Orton stomps away and hits a running knee drop for a two-count. Big Show gets up and goes for a chokeslam but Orton counters with a DDT. Orton takes in Reigns who locks in a rear chinlock. Show gets back up to his feet and hits a back suplex. Show hits a clothesline and splashes Reigns in the corner and hits a spear. Show calls for the chokeslam and takes out all of the Shield and Orton. Ambrose brings in a chair but Show punches it into his head. Show goes to chokeslam Rollins as the ref calls for the bell.
Winner by Disqualification: Big Show
Orton hits Show with a chair but Show shakes it off and goozles Orton. Reigns comes in and hits a spear and they beat down Show. Orton hits an RKO on Show and picks up the chair. He wraps the chair around Show's neck, but the Uso's come down and take on the Shield. Then, Byran comes out and fights with Orton. Bryan locks in the Yes Lock but Ambrose comes in and saves Orton. Orton slithers out of the ring as Bryan gets up and hits the runnning knee on Ambrose. SmackDown goes off the air with Bryan in the ring going "YES" while Orton watches on from the ramp.
