Independent Promoter Roland Alexander Passes Away, Memorial Show This Friday

All Pro Wrestling owner Roland Alexander passed away at age 59. The official cause of death is currently not known.

Alexander has been promoting APW shows in California since the early 1990's. He appeared in the 1999 documentary Beyond The Mat, where he led APW wrestlers Michael Modest and Tony Jones to a WWF tryout.

APW will present a memorial show for Alexander at the APW Garage in Hayward, CA on this Friday. All proceeds from the event will go toward Alexander's funeral expenses. You can get more information on their Facebook page here.
