Daughter of Brutus Beefcake signs with Jersey Championship Wrestling
The JCW executive offices are pleased to announce the signing of Alana Leslie, who will be appearing under the name "Baby Beefcake". Alana is the daughter of former WWF Tag Team Champion Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, the legendary superstar known for his cutting and strutting.
While not yet a trained wrestler, Baby Beefcake will be the first ever protege of Jersey Championship Wrestling. She expressed a strong interest in learning the business from the ground up, and her no-nonsense outlook was what made JCW agree to allow her to enter the ranks of pro wrestling. Not satisfied to let her name carry her through, Baby Beefcake is willing to work ring crew, write programs, or give someone a swift kick if needed to help the company or her career.
In addition to the stunning good looks and legendary bloodline, Baby Beefcake is a classically trained musician, and is currently ranked third in her class.
We sat down with Alana at the JCW offices for a brief interview:
JCW: Who are your biggest influences in the world of pro wrestling?
BB: Of course my father. He is and was the greatest champion of all time to me. But then there is my godfather Hulk. You know when you're growing up, sometimes you don't always want to talk to your mom or dad about certain things? Uncle Terry is always there for me.
JCW: Do you watch wrestling now? And if so, who do you follow?
BB: Well I do watch as much as I can between my classes and musical appearances, but I would love to be like The Bella Twins. They are beautiful and very dangerous!
JCW: What made you pick JCW?
BB: They have a great mix of veterans and young talent which I feel very comfortable around. My dad has worked there many times and always said they were first class.
JCW: Let's finish up with a lighter question ? favorite foods? Musical performer and sports teams?
BB: I love all kinds of pasta?mmmm ? I love Italian food! Music is of course Beyonce, and I love hockey and the Boston Bruins!
The goddaughter of the immortal Hulk Hogan is dying to show the fans she is here to make a difference. Can she handle the physical punishment of training to become a pro wrestler? And what will she do to make an impact on the wrestling world? These questions can only be answered by following Jersey Championship Wrestling, and witnessing the debut of Baby Beefcake on Feb 21st and 22nd in Union and Union City, New Jersey.
