WWE Survivor Series PPV Buys Down Significantly From Recent Years

WWE released their Key Performance Indicators for the fourth quarter of 2013 through November 30th. According to the report, this year's Survivor Series, headlined by WWE Champion Randy Orton defending his title against The Big Show, is currently estimated at doing 179,000 buys, after taking into account that Hell In A Cell and Battleground averaged 167,000 buys each.

That number is down 14% from last year's Survivor Series, which garnered 208,000 buys and was headlined by WWE Champion CM Punk defending his title against Ryback and John Cena in a triple threat match. The 2011 Survivor Series, which featured The Rock's first over seven years, did 281,000 buys.
