Backstage News On TNA Making Changes To Their Front Office

TNA is determined to strengthen their front office this year. They've made efforts in key departments to take meetings with several people in and out of wrestling as they look to overhaul their infrastructure.

TNA Executive Vice President of Television Production John Gaburick, in particular, has been very aggressive in reaching out to people. Jeremy Borash, Taz and Bully Ray, among others, have been recommending people for positions.

There is a feeling internally that the pressure is on to better the company. Both Janice and Dixie Carter are said to be more open than ever to do so.
