Eric Bischoff On DirecTV Possibly Dropping WWE PPVs, Booker T, WWE Network Social Media
- Eric Bischoff commented on DirecTV possibly dropping WWE pay-per-views once they start airing on the WWE Network. He wrote on his Twitter:
"Direct TV dropping WWE PPVs would open up some programming and promotional real estate for other producers (TNA, Bellator) who havent gotten a lot of promotional love. Could be a win/win/win. Interesting to watch this unfold"
- Mass Relevance has an article here about the WWE Network Announcement dominating social media more than anything else at CES this past week, even topping Netflix announcing 4K support.
- As noted earlier, Booker T announced that his Reality of Wrestling promotion will begin airing on KUBE 57 TV in the Houston area starting on February 1st. He promised to reveal more news at this Saturday's Reality of Wrestling TV taping at the Clear Lake City Recreation Center in Houston. Rob Van Dam will be appearing at the event, and there will also be a meet and greet with RVD at 6:30pm.
