- Funeral service for the late Johnnie Mae "The Great Mae Young" Young will be held this afternoon in Columbia, SC. In case you missed the great tribute video that aired on RAW this past Monday night, you can watch it above.
- The Daily News has an interview with WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley at this link, who was promoting his "Tales From Wrestling Past" comedy show tonight at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, MI. During the interview, Foley said that he would like to partner with WWE and do a multi-media version of his show on the WWE Network.
"One huge benefit I have over other performers is when I talk about my front teeth being lodged in my nose during a match, I have video to prove it," Foley said. "The WWE network does everything 100 percent, so I think we could do something real nice together."
- Speaking of Foley, he will be meeting fans and signing autographs this Friday before The Kalamazoo Wings – Reading Royals game at Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo, MI at 6:30 p.m.
- Also this weekend, Chris Jericho and Sheamus will be appearing at the World of Wheels Auto Show in Pittsburgh, PA, the city which will host this Sunday's Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Sheamus will be appearing this Saturday from 6pm – 8pm, while Jericho will be there on Saturday from 12pm to 3pm.
Jericho recently noted on his Twitter that the booking is a coincidence, and that he is not going to be at The Royal Rumble. However, Jericho is not one to spoil a surprise return. Do you think Sheamus and / or Jericho will make an appearance at Sunday's pay-per-view? Sound off below.
