WWE RAW Viewership Sees Big Gain From Last Week, Huge Drop From First To Third Hour

TV By The Numbers reports that last night's episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, which featured the return of Batista, averaged 4.869 million viewers. It was the most watched episode since the March 3rd episode, which featured the return of The Undertaker during WrestleMania season.

Viewership was up 11% from last week's show, which averaged 4.403 million viewers. However, the audience dropped a massive 17% from the first hour, which featured Batista's return, to the third hour, which featured Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston and the subsequent Orton – John Cena brawl. The first hour of the show was the most watched hour since last year's post-Royal Rumble episode.

The show did 5.249 million viewers in the first hour and dropped to 4.995 million viewers in the second. The audience dropped further to 4.363 million viewers in the third and final hour.
