- MacRumors.com reports that WWE confirmed on their Facebook page that the WWE Network would be available on Apple TV when it launches on February 24th. However, WWE has since deleted the post, although the original question from user Josh Markovitz remains. WWE had originally replied [sp]:
"Hi Josh, thank you for reaching out to us. In order to experience WWE Network on an Apple TV, you must have a second generation or later (black) Apple TV and be a WWE Network subscriber. Once WWE Network is available, you will be able to launch the WWE Netowrk app directly from your Apple TV. Let us know if you have further questions! Thank you."
MacRumors has a screenshot of WWE's original response before it was deleted at this link. WWE.com has yet to add Apple TV on the list of devices carrying the Network. A number of other media outlets are reporting today that the Network will be available on Apple TV, however they are using WWE's deleted Facebook post as the source.
