Fandango Talks CM Punk Situation And Inspirations, Daniel Bryan Milestone, Free WWE Network Trial

- Fandango is currently in the U.K. doing promotional work for WWE. Sky Sports has an interview with him at this link, in which he spent most of the time hyping WrestleMania. He did receive a question from a fan at the 4:50 mark of the video about the CM Punk situation. Fandango called it a "tricky situation," and said that he didn't know much about it before quickly turning the conversation back to WrestleMania. He was also asked about his early pro wrestling influences.

"I grew up as a huge WWE fan watching guys like Shawn Michaels, Ricky Steamboat, and 'Ravishing" Rick Rude,' Fandango said. "I loved the flamboyant, pretty boys and the guys who got the girls and money. That inspired me and right after I got into wrestling I went to ballroom-dancing school. It was a big part of my training and got incorporated into my character."

- John Finnegan, who has been keeping track of wrestlers' records and ranking them as of November of 2006 on his blog, noted that Daniel Bryan garnered his 100th televised victory after he defeated Kane on last night's WWE Main Event. Bryan is only the 13th wrestler to hold 100 televised wins (which only count TV and PPV matches since November of 2006), and he is behind only CM Punk, John Cena, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Kane, Jeff Hardy, Kofi Kingston, Big Show, Mark Henry, Alberto Del Rio, The Miz and Dolph Ziggler.

- While it was expected that the 7-day free trial for the WWE Network would completely end as of this past Monday, the free trial is still available and WWE is heavily advertising it on their website.
