Gail Kim Wants Match With Former WWE Diva, MVP Working On BJJ Black Belt

The Roman Show interviewed MVP and Gail Kim this week, who were promoting tomorrow's TNA Lockdown pay-per-view. During the interview with MVP, which you can watch above, MVP revealed that he is working towards obtaining a black belt in jiu-jitsu and that MMA was an option for him if pro wrestling didn't work out.

"I started a year ago. I was awarded my blue belt," he said. "My professor is Andre Santos from Brazil. I train in Gracie Barra. It has become my new mistress. I compete I do North American Grappling tournament (NAGA) and I love it. I love the technical match-up."

"There was a point when I was wrestling as Antonio Banks in South Florida and if things weren't panning out and I thought if this wrestling thing doesn't pan out I've always been a fan of martial arts I was intrigued. I said if things didn't work it in wrestling I would have trained to fight."

Meanwhile, during her interview, Kim was asked who would who like to face in the ring.

"I would love to wrestle Beth Phoenix again," she said. "Natalia, Taryn Terrell in a rubber match, but when she comes back. I am so for having women in this business."
