Sheamus Talks CM Punk Situation, What Punk Said To Him In The Royal Rumble, More

Sheamus was at the inaugural Wizard World Sacramento Comic Con last Friday. WrestlingINC.com reader Isaac sent us some highlights from his panel, which we will post later. During the panel, Sheamus was asked about CM Punk.

Sheamus admitted to not knowing what happened, and said that no one really knows what happened except for him. He said that he's never had a problem with him, and that while they haven't had that many matches together, he always enjoyed being in the ring with him. He said that Punk was yelling "Welcome back!" while stomping him in the chest at The Royal Rumble in January, which he said was funny and painful at the same time.

He stated again that he doesn't know what's going on with him other than that he's not there right now. He said that WWE will go on, and that people come and go. He brought up that Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and The Rock all left and came back, and "who knows what the future holds?" He once again said that he enjoyed working with him, and that "he was very talented and very funny."
