TNA Impact Wrestling Results: Bully Ray Wipes Out Team Dixie, Willow Goes Off And Dixie Is Mourned

The show opens when EC3 confronts Bobby Roode in the back about Roode being the blame for Team Dixie losing at Lockdown.

Footage of Abyss helping Magnus defeat Samoa Joe at Lockdown and then it's Bully Ray shocking the world by turning his back on Dixie Carter.

Mike Tenay and Taz greet us live from Orlando, Florida.

MVP enters the ring as the man in full control of TNA. Chants of M-V-P ring loud as he says that Dixieland is officially closed.

First issue is Bully Ray. Regardless of his past, Bully Ray will be on equal footing when it comes to TNA.

Then MVP tells us how he will direct operations now that he is in charge. 1) Motivate 2) Validate, and 3) Participate. It's just that simple.... and Magnus' music hits as he interrupts MVP.

Boo's ring out as Magnus states that the MVP Principle is the most ridiculous thing he's ever heard which draws a huge "YOU SUCK" chant from the fans and a reply from MVP saying "more ridiculous than your title run?".

To that, Magnus brings out his "insurance policy" Abyss. The fired up crowd shouts You Sold Out. While Magnus bores everyone with his speech, the crowd then breaks into We Want Joe, and then Paper Champion chants.

MVP has a great response: "The way I see it, at Lockdown, you were getting your English ass kicked all over the ring by Samoa Joe until miraculously, you literally pulled a monster out of your ass so that you could come up with that victory".

MVP says that the conversation can't go on until the #1 contender to the Heavyweight Champion joins them in the ring. Samoa Joe walks to the ring and shows signs of the beating he took at Lockdown. MVP announces that it will be Magnus vs Samoa Joe next week, but right now it's Joe vs Abyss.

Samoa Joe vs Abyss

The red hot crowd live in Orlando is cheering wildly for Samoa Joe as we return from break. Joe is taped up in several places and is doing his best to fight through the pain, but a more calm than normal Abyss takes control of the match.

During the match, Tenay and Taz discuss how Dixie Carter's life came crumbling down in Miami at Lockdown.

Joe makes a brief comeback but Abyss regains control until a massive power slam by Joe on the monster. After a headbutt by Joe, he comes off the ropes but is caught by a vicious chokeslam by Abyss who then heads out of the ring for his favorite weapon to use on Joe.

Eric Young hits the ring and hits a missile dropkick on Abyss to cause a DQ.

Back from break, Jeremy Borash is in the back waiting on Bully Ray, then we see a short Willow promo.

Back in the ring, we are introduced to Brittany with a video. She is welcomed by a match with Gail Kim accompanied by Lei'D Tapa.

Gail Kim vs Brittany

The match opens with Kim showing no respect for the newest Knockout by stepping on her face.

There's then a good strong back and forth until Lei'D Tapa comes in and accidentally nails Gail Kim with a splash in the corner. Brittany takes advantage and get a roll up victory over Kim.

After shoving each other, a huge Cat Fight between Gail Kim and Lei'D Tapa breaks out.

Winner of the match: Brittany

We see Bully Ray enter the back with the Team Dixie thugs jumping "the insurance policy" and beating him down. While Bully is being choked with his chain, Bobby Roode gets in Bully's face and says you screwed me and then knocks him out with a wooden sign all the while screaming you don't screw with me.

Back from commercial:

DJ Z introduces the Bro Mans – the Tag Team Champions. And that horn drives everyone crazy!!!! Tenay says we can't talk over DJ Z.

Next out is Sanada – the new X Division Champion and Tigre Uno.

Tenay hypes the new partnership from Japan with Wrestle 1, and we get a video of of Sanada with Great Muta in Japan.

The Bro Mans vs Sanada and Tigre Uno

Tenay updates us with the news of Sanada defeating Austin Aries in Japan for the X Division title and the Bro Mans regaining their tag team gold.

Bro Mans start strong with DJ Z being obnoxious with the horn. The international team takes over as Sanada back body drops his partner over the top rope onto both members of the Bro Mans. Then Sanada and Uno both hit missile drop kicks from the top rope. Taz says one from Tokyo and one from Mexico.

Sanada then gets the pin after a well done Moonsault.

Winners – Sanada and Tigre Uno

Madison Rayne and Velvet Sky in the back discussing Angelina Love.

After the break, Bully Ray decimates Zema and the Bro Mans in the locker room, and then we cut in with "The Creepy Bastard" himself, Samuel Shaw, "supposedly" talking to Christy Hemme saying he will end Ken Anderson once and for all.

Rockstar Spud and EC3 get ready to head to the ring to pay tribute to Dixie Carter.

Samoa Joe in the back looking for EY. Joe finds EY and gives him hell for getting in Joe's business and they have words. Young tells Samoa Joe that EY will be chained to Abyss next Thursday during the TNA Championship Match between Joe and Magnus.

Out comes EC3 and Rockstar Spud with a huge painted portrait of Dixie Carter. Spud starts out the mourning of the loss of the director of operation of Madam Dixie Carter. The crowd chants boring and Taz says they are saying mourning.

EC3 takes the mic and and says the more you chat boring the more Spud wants to cry. To that, the crowd breaks out in Dixie's Lapdog. This is one hot crowd tonight.

Spud continues to whimper about Dixie in a pathetic display of emotion, and announces that he prepared a video for Dixie and then he breaks into sobs as the video starts.

Video ends with #ThankYouDixie.

Spud recites his version of the song Dixie Land...... Look Away Dixieland and MVP saves us all from the horror of listening to Spud.

MVP wants to know who approved the tribute. He then commends Spud for being loyal to Dixie and lets Spud know that he is no longer Chief of Staff and must fulfill his contract as a WRESTLER. Spuds first opponent after being "fired" as Chief of Staff is going to be Willow – tonight.

And for EC3 (C3PO as MVP called him) his opponent next week will be Bobby Lashley. Rockstar Spud gets in Lashley's face and Lashley smashed the portrait of Dixie over Spuds head as the crowd chant's Dixie's Lapdog.

Tenay hypes – Next week it's Bobby Lashley vs EC3.

To the back with JB who interviews EC3 about next week when Bully Ray jumps EC3 and nails Carter with the same sign that Bully Ray was hit with earlier.

Up next: A street fight between Shaw and Anderson.

Shaw enters the ring with half of a red-headed mannequin showing that he really is a Creepy Bastard. Anderson comes out and Shaw ambushes him before he can even get off the stage.

Mr. Anderson vs Samuel Shaw in a Street Fight

Street fight rules (are there really rules in a street fight?) are in effect.

Back and forth while the crowd literally screams Creepy Bastard. Shaw nails Anderson with a suplex on the floor. But Shaw can't keep the momentum as Anderson hits a swinging neck breaker.

Anderson is about to hit the mannequin but instead kisses it and Shaw goes nuts. Anderson puts on the Blank Check and gets the 1-2-3. He then grabs the mic and "announces"

The winner of the match – Mr. Anderson.

Both performers are a little bit off their rockers here tonight.

After the break, we see Willow, but then we cut to a #KingOfTheNight video.

To the ring comes Angelina Love. Taz is foaming at the mouth and says she looks phenomenal and says that he can say phenomenal again by the way – hummmmm?

Crowd gives the Welcome Back chant and Angelina talks about her father and gets to the point where she invites Velvet Sky her former Beautiful People partner.

Velvet comes to the ring and the two Beautiful People hug. Angelina gives thanks to Velvet for helping make her who she is in this business. She says she thinks it's time to put the girl band back together.

Velvet doesn't know how to respond. She tells Angelina so much has changed while Angelina was gone and mentioned that she won the TNA Knockouts Title on her on than that she is ready to move forward on her own.

Angelina wants to work things out but Velvet needs more time to work things out and then finish with another hug.

Bully Ray is wandering around in the back in a trance-like state and then we see Willow again as we go to break.

Rockstar Spud in the ring when we get the entrance of Willow in his TNA debut. Announcers let us know that it's the ultra ego of Jeff Hardy.

Willow vs. Rockstar Spud

Willow is very aggressive and Tenay reminds us that it was Spud who cost Jeff Hardy the World Title in a match against Magnus.

Willow shows a mean streak and Tenay says a more intense Jeff Hardy. Taz says "he's out there".

Willow grabs the black and white umbrella and nails Spud with it and is DQ'd. Afterwards Willow gives a Twist of Fate to the referee and then brings a ladder in the ring. Spud tries to escape but Willow spikes Spud with a front suplex.

Willow puts Spuds leg in a chair climbs the ladder ans does a splash onto Spud and and his leg that is in the chair.

As Willow heads up the ramp, Bully Ray walks out – they have a brief stare at each other and both head opposite directions.

Winner of the match by DQ: Rockstar Spud.

Back for the final segment with the Impact Zone crowd chanting Bul-ly, Bul-ly. Bully says that is something he thought he would never hear.

Bully was gonna give reasons he did what he did, but it got physical when he was jumped in the back. The tell Bobby Roode that if he would have won he would have just become another Dixie Carter and that wasn't want anyone needed.

Bully wants to fight Roode – right now and Roode's music plays.

Roode dives in the ring and and Bully gets the best of him quickly. The fans chant TABLES – and Bully obliges them by bringing in a table. Roode briefly gains control but Bully power bombs Roode through the table. As the show closes Bully is standing over Roode as the crowd cheers.

To Recap, the live crowd from Orlando was hot all night long. MVP showed that he is now firmly in control. Dixie Carter was mourned by Rockstar Spud and EC3. Will there be a reunion with the Beautiful People, and Bully Ray wiped out all of Team Dixie at different times throughout the show.

Samoa Joe vs Abyss – EY causes Samoa Joe to get DQ'd.

Gail Kim vs Brittany – Brittany gets the surprise win and Gail Kim and Lei'D Tapa brawl after Tapa cost Kim the match against the newest Knockout.

The Bro Mans vs Sanada and Tigre Uno – Winners: Sanada and Tigre Uno
