NFL Hires Top WWE Executive, WWE Stock Takes Big Dip, Dividend Note, Latest JBL & Cole Show, More

- The Los Angeles Times reports that the NFL has hired Perkins Miller, who was WWE Executive Vice President of Digital Media, as part of a reorganization of the NFL Media Group. Perkins was hired by WWE in August of 2012 and reported directly to Stephanie McMahon. He was a key part in the development and launch of the WWE Network. The Times noted that the NFL has been very aggressive in expanding their digital content including their own online network, NFL Now.

- WWE stock fell 8.64% today to close at $20.29.

- WWE announced that its Board of Directors today declared the Company's regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be June 13, 2014, and the payment date will be June 25, 2014.
