Buck Zumhofe Sentenced For Molesting Daughter
Former AWA wrestler Eugene "Buck" Zumhofe was sentenced yesterday to more than 25 years in prison on 12 counts of criminal sexual conduct. Zumhofe was charged for molesting his daughter hundreds of times while she lived with from 1999-2002, starting when she was 15 years-old.
Zumhofe, 63, will spend 310 months in prison on two first-degree and two third-degree counts of criminal sexual conduct. The sentences will be served consecutively, and he will have to to spend at least 17 years in prison before he's eligible for release. He also faces a felony charge for attempting to escape the courtroom after the verdict was read in March, before he was tackled and restrained.
Zumhofe is also required to serve a 10-year conditional release period, pay $200 in fines and register as a predatory offender.
